What if I can’t find the hotel I want to book in the portal?
Four Seasons hotels are not available for booking through the portal. However, BACH Luxury Travel is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner — so you should always book your stays through us! Fill out our Trip Design Form to get started.
Why won’t it allow me to book Four Seasons through the portal?
You typically receive Virtuoso amenities during your stay, which include daily breakfast, a $100 hotel credit, priority for a room upgrade, and early check-in and late checkout when available. Our team personally follows-up with the hotel to ensure these benefits are added to your stay!
What are the benefits of booking through the portal?
If you already know the hotel and type of room for your stay, the portal makes it easy to make a reservation with perks. If you’re looking for a more detailed itinerary beyond the hotel, it’s best to reach out to our team directly.
