Want to make your own hotel reservation (with special perks)? Let’s get started.
BACH Luxury Travel clients receive exclusive benefits and amenities with their hotel bookings through our partnership with Virtuoso. If you already know where you want to go and do not require our assistance, you can make your own hotel reservations thanks to the Virtuoso Hotel Booking Tool.
BACH Luxury Travel will follow-up to separately confirm your stay and request any additional information needed. We will also check with the hotel to ensure all Virtuoso amenities, special requests, and VIP perks are added to your stay!
Finalize Details
Click the BOOK NOW button below, which will open to BACH Luxury Travel’s custom Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal. Click “Hotels” on the menu bar and search for your destination. Select your hotel of choice from the results. Once you’re on the hotel’s page, click “Check Rates & Availability” on the right side. Enter in your travel dates to browse available rooms and rates. Once you’ve made your choice, click the red button that says “Book.”

Is this your first time using the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal? If so, you’ll need to create an account. If it does not automatically assign an advisor, search and confirm BACH Luxury Travel as your advisor.
If you already have an account, you can proceed with your payment information. Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you will receive an email from Virtuoso with the details.

How to Use the
Virtuoso Hotel Booking Portal
The portal only includes Virtuoso member hotels. If you would like to book a non-listed hotel, fill out our Trip Design Form, and we’ll be in touch soon.
What if I can’t find the hotel I want to book in the portal?
Four Seasons hotels are not available for booking through the portal. However, BACH Luxury Travel is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner — so you should always book your stays through us! Fill out our Trip Design Form to get started.
Why won’t it allow me to book Four Seasons through the portal?
You typically receive Virtuoso amenities during your stay, which include daily breakfast, a $100 hotel credit, priority for a room upgrade, and early check-in and late checkout when available. Our team personally follows-up with the hotel to ensure these benefits are added to your stay!
What are the benefits of booking through the portal?
If you already know the hotel and type of room for your stay, the portal makes it easy to make a reservation with perks. If you’re looking for a more detailed itinerary beyond the hotel, it’s best to reach out to our team directly.
