By paying a planning fee to BACH Travels, utilizing our website, and/or making a deposit, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and anyone traveling with you:

Where applicable, BACH Travels may charge a Planning Fee, which covers the time spent customizing a trip unique to the traveler. Once a Planning Fee is processed based on the guidelines agreed upon between the traveler and BACH Travels during their initial consultation, changes to the trip may be subject to additional Planning Fees depending on the amount of additional time required to make these changes. The assessment of additional Planning Fees for any reason, at any time, is based on the discretion of BACH Travels.

Travel documents, such as passports, visas, and inoculation certificates required for entry to your itinerary destinations, are the responsibility of each traveler. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have proper immunizations before travel; please see your health provider. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. If a passport is required to travel, the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. Quotes apply to the time and date at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international fees. BACH Travels is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes, and fees, or supplier-imposed increases.
It is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights. It is the traveler’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times 24-72 hours prior to scheduled flights. BACH Travels is not responsible for any air or schedule changes. Recommended check in times are subject to change without notification. It is the traveler’s responsibility to remain aware of changes that might require earlier arrival times. Please see your airline’s website for further information. Departure taxes in certain countries require payment in cash.

BACH Travels strongly recommends travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their travel investment as well as to assist in ensuring medical coverage when traveling outside the United States. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of the client's itinerary.
BACH Travels acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation, and other companies providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services, and is not the source or supplier of the requested travel services. Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of BACH Travels. BACH Travels is not liable for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to the client or to those traveling with the client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancelation or change in schedules. I acknowledge and accept that there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed or BACH Travels is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract and BACH Travels will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.


Our work at BACH Travels is based on years of experience, expertise, and carefully curated industry relationships. Each trip we plan is unique and tailored especially for you. We research destinations, cruises, hotels, tours, and activities in order to meet your specific needs and are confident you will find our services are well worth the fee. 

Our nonrefundable design fee ranges from $250-1500 based on the details of a trip request. It will include, at minimum, a streamlined trip planning process beginning with a 30 minute phone consultation, a custom proposal, and up to two revisions if needed. Payment of our design fee acknowledges acceptance of these terms.

After the Design Fee is paid and we have discussed your specific requests, we will prepare a custom itinerary for you. We will review the itinerary together and make any necessary changes, before booking your trip. Due to the fluid nature of accommodation and vendor availability, it is imperative that clients respond and approve proposals in a timely manner. An initial deposit should be placed within 14 days of receiving the proposal or an additional design fee might be implemented as our team will need to re-quote accordingly.

After the trip has been booked, we will monitor your itinerary for any supplier-related changes, and relay information between you and the supplier (s).  

  • After-hours non-emergency communication. BACH Travels office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Non-emergency requests or communication outside these hours are subject to additional fees.  
  • Deluxe custom itineraries that are canceled after the booking is confirmed are subject to cancellation or change fees, equal to 10% of the total. We strongly recommend travel insurance which will cover the cancellation amount.
