We believe that every trip can be the trip of a lifetime because each journey is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and the world around us.

For the traveler interested in a custom itinerary, we will use our extensive industry knowledge and partnerships to create a carefully curated experience. We will tailor the location(s), accommodations, private guided tours, activities and transfers to fit their unique needs and style. Once booked, they will be introduced to their property’s concierge to assist with dining and spa reservations. Our team will monitor the trip behind the scenes from departure through return and offer professional support as needed.
The Deluxe includes everything we offer in The Essential, plus some extra TLC.
The DELUXE
These travelers actually enjoy doing a bit of research on their own and may already have a destination or specific property in mind. They might even choose to use our Virtuoso booking tool to make their own reservation and receive our exclusive benefits. Upon booking, we will introduce them to the property’s concierge to assist with dining reservations or additional details. Our team will monitor the trip behind the scenes to ensure you have the very best experience from check in to check out.

The Essential
TIERS OF SERVICES
Sit back and relax as we take care of the details! We’ll initiate deposits, complete your accommodation reservations, and share confirmations with you. For clients utilizing The Deluxe level of service, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary and final documents closer to your departure date as well as in-travel contact information should you require support during travel.

Next, you’ll receive an itinerary proposal that is tailored to your trip. You’ll have a chance to review accommodations and experiences related to your style, preferences, budget, dates, and special requests. You’ll tell us what you love and what you can live without. We’ll work together to design your trip until we’ve curated an unparalleled experience.
2. craft an extraordinary trip
After you complete our Trip Design Form, our team will contact you to discuss the details of your request. We’ll talk about your travel style, your hotel preferences, your past experiences, your wish list, and more. If we’re a good match, we’ll determine what level of service you’ll need from our team.
If using The Deluxe service, our design fees range from $250.00 to $1000.00 for custom itineraries. We will send you a secure payment link to process your nonrefundable design fee to begin the planning process. Fees are generally waived for straight hotel and cruise bookings, as well as simple requests, otherwise known as The Essential.

Now, it’s time to pack your suitcase and go! With an organized itinerary and all details in order, you are ready to depart. Meanwhile our team is working behind the scenes to ensure that you are VIP’d every step of the way. All the while, we encourage you to stay curious and get wonderfully lost.
